When will I get my order?
We ship within 24 hours of when you place your order. We use USPS for standard shipping and UPS when you select expedited 2-day shipping. You should receive a tracking number so you can follow your package. For expedited orders, your package should arrive within 72 hours of ordering.

Can I get my order sooner?
Yes, if you reach out to customer service at easternpass@gmail.com, we can turn you order around with 36 hours of ordering.

Where do you ship?
We ship in the continental United States. We can also ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada for an extra charge.

Can I send a gift?
Of course. E-mail customer service at easternpass@gmail.com and we can arrange gift packaging immediately.

What is your return and exchange policy?
If you don’t like your item, simply return it unused within a year. That’s right, a year. We give you time to decide whether you like our goods or not.

When can I expect my refund?
Within a week of your inquiry. It’s likely we will refund within 24 hours, but we don’t want to make promises for your bank.

What if my items are damaged?
E-mail at us at easternpass@gmail.com and we will exchange or refund your purchase, lickety split.

How do I return a gift?
E-mail us on behalf of your giftee or have them e-mail us with your order number. We will reach out to take care of the rest.
